How I did this. The sales figures are MLSListings records for Palo Alto single-family homes with status Sold over the twelve months to September 25, 2026 — 446 sales in all, of which 23 closed at $10 million or above. Sale price is compared with the original list price, and the 105.5% figure is taken over the 437 sales that have one recorded. Days on market is the MLS figure, not elapsed time from listing to contract. The active-inventory count is Palo Alto single-family listings on October 16, 2026. Everything reported about the Meta filing, the September 9 dinner and the September 14 agreement comes from the published reporting listed under Sources; no listing for the estate appears in any of it.
