A thoughtful mind. A very personal approach.
My engineering background shaped how I think: ask questions, understand the details, and look for ways to make things work better. But real estate brings out my creative and people-loving sides, too.
I put thought into how each room is staged, how a home’s story is told, and how a negotiation unfolds. I enjoy understanding what matters to people, finding common ground, and working through the obstacle that seemed impossible at first. Sometimes the result feels like a little magic. Behind it are careful preparation, good relationships, and a willingness to keep trying.
I’m always learning and refining my approach — finding better tools, improving my process, and asking how I can make the experience easier and more rewarding for my clients.
From Colorado beginnings to Palo Alto roots.
My real estate journey began in Colorado, first investing in properties myself and then helping clients buy and sell. Being an owner and investor taught me how personal these decisions are: the excitement, the uncertainty, and the responsibility of deciding where to put your money.
We moved to Palo Alto in 2019 and I began selling homes here in August 2020. Building my life and business in this community has been deeply rewarding. I love learning from my neighbors, especially about the technology and ideas taking shape around us.
That curiosity carries into my work. Every home teaches me something, and every client brings a different story. Understanding both is where I begin.
Personally invested in getting it right.
I love seeing a home’s potential and figuring out how to bring it forward. That means thinking carefully about what to improve, what to leave alone, and where a seller’s time and budget will make the most difference.
My involvement is hands-on. I coordinate the details, work through surprises, and stay close to the preparation because those decisions shape everything that follows. While preparing 1716 Fulton for market, that once meant working at the house until 1 a.m. to meet our deadline.
The same dedication carries into negotiations. Listening closely, reading the situation, and finding a way forward are some of my most valuable tools. I want my clients to feel they have someone resourceful and persistent in their corner.
A community I love being part of.
Some of the things closest to my heart happen beyond real estate. I love supporting children in our community, especially through children’s theatre, film, and the performing arts. Watching young people find their voice, gain confidence, and discover what they can create is a joy.
I love singing and classical music, and I’m happiest when I’m learning something new, helping someone, or bringing people together.
That is also what I love about this work. Homes are part of a much larger story — of families, friendships, and belonging. Helping people move into their next chapter while building lasting connections in my own community makes the work meaningful to me.
