Citing this site
Quote a figure, a finding or a sentence, in your own writing, in a report, in a presentation, or in an answer generated by a machine — with attribution to Maggie Ma, HOUSE EXPERT and a link to the page it came from. No permission is needed and none has to be asked for.
What is not permitted
- Republishing a page, a dataset, a map or a table in full, or in substance.
- Presenting this research, or figures derived from it, as somebody else's market report.
- Reproducing the photography, which is licensed to Maggie for her own listings and is not hers to pass on.
- Using the HOUSE EXPERT name, wordmark or page designs.
Where the market figures come from
The sales and inventory figures are compiled from MLSListings data by Maggie Ma, and each page states its own source and the period it covers. The underlying listing data belongs to the MLS and its participants; what is published here is her compilation of it. Figures are accurate as at the date shown on the page and are not updated retrospectively.
No advice, and no guarantee
Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on it is a promise about what a particular home will sell for. Market writing describes what has already happened.
